Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning in Bristol

• We don’t do walls, ceilings, conservatory roofs (from the inside or outside), roof windows or blinds under any circumstances.
• Our end of tenancy, after students and after builders services don’t include cleaning the properties exterior (e.g. gardens, garages, balconies, conservatory etc), however we can do it for an additional charge.
• End of Tenancy, After Students and After Builders cleaning requires the property to be completely empty, free of vermin and excessive animal hair before our staff move in to clean it. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning and not refund the deposit if one of these conditions will not be met. The reason being is that it can prevent professional cleaning and will break your guarantee.
• Please make sure to defrost the fridge, freezer about 24h before start of the cleaning session. If the fridge, freezer is still frozen when the tenancy cleaners arrive they might not be able to clean it properly.
• We will move furniture to assist us to perform the service, provided that any items of furniture can easily and safely be moved by one person. We do not move large appliances (such as washing machines, dishwashers, fridge, freezer etc).

* Our guarantee is for end-of-tenancy services and applies to rooms and spaces that are completely free from food, equipment and personal belongings. The guarantee will become void when late attendance by the customer or their representative results in our access to the property more than 15 minutes after start time or when last-minute payment results in our operative(s) not being able to commence the job for more than 15 minutes after the start time.
